Reference

ScerGAL4GSG3315-1 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons. In the ventral nerve cord, strong expression is observed in lateral clusters of 10-15 interneurons/hemisegment; in intersegmental processes at the Fas2-positive DL fascicle, and lateral to the CI fascicle, and along the VM fascicle. Strong expression is observed in a small cluster of neurons in the central region of the brain with processes that project to the contralateral hemisphere. Expression is observed in chordotonal organ attachment and sheath cells.
