TEVp(T173V) is an engineered variant of the TEVp protease that has been mutated to carry a T173V amino acid substitution; this mutates a predicted glycosylation site and increases the activity of the encoded protease when it is targeted to the extracellular surface of the cell (FBrf0247496).
