Description

2kb of Ubi-p63E promoter sequences are separated from GAL4 driver coding sequences by an FRT cassette carrying y+t7.7 and an IRES (internal ribosomal entry site) after the second FRT. 800bp of 3' UTR sequences are provided by a tubulin gene.
