The C-terminal two residues of brm have been replaced by sequence encoding the Tag:HA epitope followed by six His residues (details from FBrf0083116). A K804R mutation has been introduced into the brm coding sequence; this mutation is within the ATP-binding site and results in a dominant-negative protein.
