Description

A germ-line specific vas promoter, 5' UTR and the sequences encoding the first 16 amino acids of vas are fused upstream of EGFP coding sequences. vas 3' UTR sequences and approximately 550bp of the vas 3' flanking region are present downstream of the EGFP sequences.
