Description

P{Switch1} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a ligand-inducible GAL4::GS driver. The enhancer trap sequence is at the 5' end of the construct and consists of the weak P\T promoter fused upstream of the GAL4::GS coding sequence. A removable loxP cassette containing the w+mW.hs marker is present downstream of the enhancer trap sequence.
