Description

Consists of a mixture of fragments derived from dec-1 cDNA and genomic clones. Includes coding sequence for the fc177 transcript along with 1.9kb of 5' and 1 kb of 3' dec-1 flanking DNA. The fc125 5' splice has also been mutated (AGGTTAGC to ACTGCAGC)to maximise production of fc177.
