ScerGAL4Poxn.BasiK drives expression in most, if not all, adult EBa1 lineage neurons.

ScerGAL4Poxn.BasiK drives expression in six lateral neuroblasts, and their progeny, per hemisegment in the larval ventral nerve cord, starting at the beginning of larval development.

ScerGAL4Poxn.BasiK drives only the late expression of Poxn. It is first detectable in chemosensory neurons at 36 hours APF; expression is maintained through adulthood.
