Description

UAS sequences drive expression of a fusion protein that consists of the gcm DNA-binding domain (amino acids 1-390) carrying the point mutation found in gcmN7-4 and fused to the en repressor domain (amino acid residues 1-304). The gcmN7-4 lesion renders the protein inactive.
