Description

Five tandem repeats of a 441bp genomic region from the first intron of Socs36E, which contains two potential Stat92E binding sites, are cloned upstream of a minimal heat shock promoter driving expression of EGFP tagged with the Tag:PEST(mOdc) degradation signal.
