UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of the long isoform of trc (amino acid replacement T453E).

FlyBase curator comment: In FBrf0227069 the mutation in this transgene is referred to as T449E. T449 is the equivalent of T453 in the short isoform of trc. This line has been made using the long isoform so is named accordingly.
