Scer\GAL4GMR80G10 drives expression in neuroblast NB3-5 starting from delamination at embryonic stage 9; this neuroblast survives into larval stages. It also drives faint expression in two row 4 neuroblasts.

Scer\GAL4GMR80G10 drives expression in one row 3 and two row 4 neuroblasts, and does not overlap with those in rows 5 and 6.
