Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of pbl-RA cDNA (amino acids 386-853) that lacks the N-terminal regulatory domain, with a single amino replacement (V531D) in the DH domain (this mutation has been shown to compromise catalytic activity). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
