Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of two copies of an 800bp fragment of Zasp52 (corresponding to exons 14, 16, 19, 21, and 22), oriented into an inverted repeat, separated by a 300bp 'spacer' sequence that favours the formation of a hairpin loop.
