Description

A 1786bp osk fragment, which includes 1743bp upstream of the transcription start, the 15bp 5' UTR and 24bp of osk coding sequence is fused upstream of sequence encoding a GAL4::VP16 driver. The 3' UTR of αTub84B and Hsp70 is also present downstream of the coding sequence.
