Genomic fragment containing the His2A-His2B gene pair. A Tag:FLAG tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of His2A. The bidirectional promoter and 5' UTR region from each gene pair has been replaced with the bidirectional promoter and 5'UTR regions from the His3-His4 gene pair.
