ScerGAL4Tdc2.PS drives expression in octopaminergic neurons in the ventral nerve cord, in ~11 neurons in each hemisphere of the larval brain, in one pair of neurons in the anterior-most part of the subesophageal ganglion, 9 neurons in the mandibular segment, 10 neurons, and 7 neurons in the labial segment of the SOG.
