Description

A ubiquitin promoter drives expression of full length Plp (isoform PF) containing point mutations at conserved lysine and arginine residues in the CaM Binding Domain 2 which disrupt the interaction of the Plp and Cam proteins. A C-terminal GFP tag is present.
