Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Gyc76C which lacks the C-terminal domain (amino acids 1105-1521 are deleted). The endogenous signal peptide sequence has been replaced by a Igk-leader sequence followed by 5 copies of the Tag:MYC tag.
