Description

Recombineering using BACPAC clone CH322-19P9 has generated in a ScsβA genomic construct containing an in-frame insertion of GFP just prior to the stop codon of the testis-specific isoform of ScsβA, resulting in a C-terminal GFP tag specifically on the testis isoform, and not the somatic isoform, of the ScsβA protein.
