Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of two tandem copies of the miniSOG photosensitizer protein, which can be used for labeling of subcellular components for electron microscopy. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Mito(LACTB-Unk) (a mitochondrial inner membrane space localization sequence).
