Description

Transgene that encodes Spyo\Cas9nanos.cPa (expresses Cas9 in the germline), plus a transcription unit in which a U6 promoter (snRNA:U6:96Ab) drives expression of a gRNA (GCATGATGAAATAACATAAGG_TGG, including PAM) that targets the P-element 5' and 3' terminal inverted repeats (TIRs).
