Description

Two sev enhancer sequences upstream of a 'hsp70' promoter regulate expression of the lic[CA] in which Ser-200 and Thr-204 are replaced with Asp residues, rendering the kinase constitutively active. There is a Tag:MYC tag at the N-terminus.
