Northern blot analysis reveals a 6 kb transcript in adults, and a 7.5 kb transcript in RNA from 0-24 hr embryos. It is not known how these transcripts correlate with the two cDNA classes isolated. See brat-R for expression analysis with a non-transcript-specific probe.
