[60E4-60E4];[60E8-60E8];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
60E4;60E8
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Lethal in combination with Df(2R)BSC604.
Inferred to overlap with: Df(2R)ED4065.
The presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC607 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003 with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(2R)BSC607 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the progenitor PBac{RB}CG16896e00134 and P{XP}d06778 insertion sites are 60E4;60E8.
