Detailed Description

Adult dpps12/dpps22 escapers have wing and head capsule defects.

27% of dpps12/dpps11 animals develop as adults with head capsule and wing defects, while the remaining 73% die as larvae.

Defects in second midgut section and gastric caecae. Four day old mutant larvae remain in the first and second instars.
