At 18^oC 89% of expected sc^sisB-2 homozygotes survive to adulthood, but this drops to 9% when these animals are raised at 25^oC. In contrast, hemizygous males are fully viable. 50-89% of sc^sisB-2/Df(1)sc19 adults lack posterior supraalar bristles.
