Adults expressing armS2.UAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR have a reduced abdominal fat body with smaller lipid droplets than controls.

Expression of armS2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247.Switch, has no effect on long-term memory (regardless of the presence or absence of RU486 in the food).

Expression of armS2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the heart under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 does not appear to alter cardiac function as fractional shortening is comparable with controls.

Expression of armS2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Act88F.PD does not result in a mutant wing phenotype.

Expression of armS2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the wing under the control of Scer\GAL430A has no effect; all cells delaminate, leave the wing, and wing surfaces bond normally.

Somatic clones overexpressing armS2.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4e22c, display 'wiggly' clone borders, with normal cell adhesion properties.
