tsrk05633 embryos show normal salivary glands.

Homozygous clones in the eye are small compared to their wild-type sister clones and the mutant clones sometimes contain black dots, indicating cell death. The mutant clones show a loss of ommatidial architecture and have misshapen rhabdomeres. Mutant clones in third larval instar eye discs accumulate actin.

The increased resistance to ethanol-induced sedation observed in RhoGAP18B1/RhoGAP18B1 adults cannot be suppressed by combination with tsrk05633 in heterozygous state but RhoGAP18B1/+;tsrk05633/+ double heterozygotes display significantly higher resistance than RhoGAP18B1/+ single heterozygotes.

The rough eye phenotype of mbtP3 hemizygous males is suppressed by tsrk05633/+.

The actin disorganization and salivary gland phenotypes of Btk29Ak00206 single mutants are rescued in Btk29Ak00206; tsrk05633 double mutants.
