Description

14.4kb BamHI-EcoRI genomic fragment that encompasses brm. The C-terminal two residues of brm have been replaced by sequence encoding the Tag:HA epitope followed by six His residues (details from FBrf0083116). Sequence encoding brm amino acid residues 549 to 610 has been deleted.
