      EfTuML4569 homozygotes are lethal. EfTuML4569/Df(2R)CX1 animals have a partial block in fusion in the developing muscles and a gut phenotype.

      FlyBase curator comment: the P{lacW}EfTuML4569 insertion results in homozygous lethality, but since the insertion is within both the EfTuM and mip120 transcription units, it is unclear whether the lethality is due to an effect on EfTuM or mip120 (or both).
