Expression using Scer\GAL4ey.PU does not induce a rough eye phenotype.

Flies expressing elBEP965 under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 have a slight thoracic cleft and loss or gain of dorsocentral and scutellar macrochaetae.

Expression of elBEP965 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH results in eyes that are somewhat reduced in size. Flies expressing elBEP965 under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.2sev have wild-type eyes. Flies expressing elBEP965 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E have incomplete wing venation.

Expression of elBEP965 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in additional scutellar and dorsocentral macrochaetae.

No obvious phenotype.
