The addition of dos^{ΔPH.hs.T:Avic\GFP} to dos^R31 or dos^P115 homozygotes or dos^P115/dos^R31 flies leads to pharate lethality. Escapers show defects in eye morphology and in wing vein formation.

The addition of dos^{ΔPH.hs.T:Avic\GFP} to dos^R31 or dos^P115 homozygotes or dos^P115/dos^R31 flies fails to produce viable flies.
