Overexpression of cncScer\UAS.cVa in the eye under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in ommatidial loss and a smooth eye appearance.

Overexpression of cncScer\UAS.cVa in the eye under the control of Scer\GAL4sev.EP has no phenotypic effect at 25 [o]C.

When cncScer\UAS.cVa is ubiquitously expressed by Scer\GAL469B, the abdominal denticle pattern along the ventral midline of the embryo is replaced with a band of incurved folds, which resemble the T-ribs of the ventral pharynx.

Co-expression of Keap1Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF does not modify the cncScer\UAS.cVa gain-of-function phenotype in the eye.

The addition of maf-SScer\UAS.cVa has no effect on the pharyngeal phenotype seen in cncScer\UAS.cVa, Scer\GAL469B animals.
