Description

Construct: +2' element sequences from the nos 3' UTR have been inserted downstream of the +1 element within the αTub84B 3' UTR sequences present in nosnos.+1.Hsp83. As a result, the +1 and +2' sequences are separated by 130bp of αTub84B 3' UTR sequence.
