The combination of E2f2Scer\UAS.cFa and Rbf2Scer\UAS.cSa driven by Scer\GAL4ap-md544 leads to a clearly visible wing atrophy phenotype. Wing discs from mutant larvae have phenotypes that vary from being shrunken and abnormal to those that have a relative normal morphology but have many cells that show a decrease in DNA synthesis and have a much higher of proportion of cells in G1 phase, and a lower proportion in S and G2 phases. The combination of E2f2Scer\UAS.cFa and Rbf2Scer\UAS.cSa driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH leads to a clearly visible small eye phenotype.
