      One copy of CerkBG01100 suppresses the maternal effect lethality caused by expression of wntDScer\UAS.P\T.cEa under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU.

      Maternal and zygotic double mutant MulkLL03414 ; CerkBG01100 embryos have an increased average number of mislocalised primordial germ cells compared to wild type at stages 14-16. This phenotype is not seen in either single mutant, or in MulkLL03414/+ ; CerkBG01100 mutant embryos carrying a single paternally inherited copy of Mulk[+].
