dbo^c04604/dbo^c04604 mutant larval neuromuscular junctions display an expansion of the synaptic membrane region, as compared to controls.

dbo^henji-1/dbo^c04604 mutant larval neuromuscular junctions do not show any difference in the amplitude of evoked junction potential (EJP), but do show strong elevation in miniature EJP (mEJP) amplitude, with no corresponding change in mEJP frequency, and significantly decreased quantal content, as compared to controls.
