Adults expressing l(2)k12914GD1006 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

The small wing size induced by Scer\GAL4C5-controlled expression of Dad1GD1006 is enhanced by Stt3AKG03333 heterozygosity but not by Stt3Bj2D9 heterozygosity, whereas it is suppressed by the co-expression of either bskGD10555 (partially), hepGD1461, Mekk1GD9945 and wndKK100521, but not by the co-expression of either Ask1GD11408, Tak1KK108611, or slprKK100726.
The apoptosis induced in third instar larval wing discs by Scer\GAL4en.PU-controlled expression of Dad1GD1006 is suppressed by the co-expression of either bskGD10555, hepGD1461, Mekk1GD9945, wndKK100521, PEKHMJ02063, or crcJF02007, but not of Atf6[JF02109].
Also, the compensatory cell division induced in third instar larval wing discs by Scer\GAL4en.PU-controlled expression of Dad1GD1006 is partially suppressed by the co-expression of either PEKHMJ02063 or crcJF02007, but not by the expression of bskGD10555 or hepGD1461.
