The expression of CycA^GD8653 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PU leads to a severe reduction in eye size, as compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in abnormally large neuroblasts greater than two times the normal cell diameter being seen in the larval brain.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in an increase in the average size of neuroblasts in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in mild defects in the shape of neuroblasts in the larval brain.
