Expression of Kat60^GD6908 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ppk.PU, in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency, does not impair pruning of ddaC dendrites by 16 h after puparium formation (APF), compared to controls.

Expression of Kat60^GD6908 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ppk.PU (in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) does not lead to any significant defects in axon or dendrite clearance after injury, or dendrite pruning 18h after the onset of pupariation, as compared to controls.
