Expression of kayGD1469 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 does not significantly alter levels of pigmentation on the abdominal tergite 5 or 6 in adult females compared to controls.

Expression of kayGD1469 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in male flies with weak wing size and patterning defects.

Expression of kayGD1469 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in female flies with weak wing size and patterning defects.

Expression of kayGD1469 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls. The total dendritic length is increased in ddaE neurons.No defects are seen in vpda neurons.
