        ScerGAL4bon-GSG2451-1 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons and glia. Strong expression is observed in the ventral nerve cord in lateral clusters of ~6-12 cells and one ventro-lateral cell/hemisegment. Additionally, weak expression is observed in ~10 ventral cells/hemisegment. Longitudinal processes project along DM and VL FasII axon tracts. Strong expression is observed in a single neuron in each brain hemisphere, as well as moderate expression is scattered, mostly glial, brain cells. Strong expression is observed in chordotonal organs, and variable weak expression is observed in dendritic arborizing neurons (md-da) and abdominal intersegmental bidendritic neuron isbp (lbd). Strong expression is visible at neuromuscular juctions on ventro-lateral muscles innervated by SNa/SNc (muscles 26, 27, 29, 5, 8, 22 and 23) and on muscle 25 innervated by the abdominal transverser nerve (TN). Strong expression is observed in surface glia on the brain, and in a few patches of surface glia on the ventral nerve cord. There is minimal uninduced expression in the salivary glands and occasional CNS cell.
