      Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR-mediated expression of snsScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 has little impact on muscle pattern or the number of unfused myoblasts compared to controls.

      Most nephrocyte diaphragms in the garland cell nephrocytes are normal in appearance in third instar larvae expressing snsScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4sns.GCN, but in 5.8% of cases, the nephrocyte diaphragms show an extended region of attachment.
