Expression of Dop1R1KK102341 under the control of Scer\GAL4NPF.1 in larvae causes a shift in odor-induced increases in mouth hook contractions towards higher concentrations of odorants, compared to controls.

Expression of Dop1R1KK102341 driven by Scer\GAL4GMR23E10 does not significantly affect sleep amount per day, compared to controls.

Expression of Dop1R1KK102341 under the control of Scer\GAL4dimm-929 does not affect sensitivity to (S,Z,Z)-CH503 (a more potent stereoisomer of the gustatory sex pheromone CH503). As in wild type flies, courtship defects are seen in response to (S,Z,Z)-CH503.

Males expressing DopRKK102341 under the control of either Scer\GAL4Tab2-201Y or Scer\GAL41471 show significantly impaired courtship learning compared to controls.

Males expressing DopRKK102341 under the control of either Scer\GAL4c739 or Scer\GAL4c305a show normal courtship learning.
