The climbing ability deficit observed both in the TBPH hypomorphic flies (TBPH^Δ23/+;Scer\GAL4^elav.PU>TBPH^{dsRNA.Scer\UAS.cUa}, UAS-Dicer2) and flies expressing Hrb87F^KK108162 (also with UAS-Dicer2 and under Scer\GAL4^elav.PU control) is much enhanced when the two mutants are combined.

The eye degeneration phenotype (appearance of melanotic spots, fusion of ommatidia) characteristic for adult flies expressing TBPH^{Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG} under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PU is mildly suppressed by co-expression of Hrb87F^KK108162.
