      Expression of Plc21CKK108838 driven by Scer\GAL4phm.PO leads to developmental delay/arrest at the larval stage; there is phenotypic rescue with larval feeding of ecdysone. Prothoracic gland cells of third instar Scer\GAL4phm.PO>Plc21CKK108838 larvae show significant decreases in both macro and micro calcium spikes.
