Expression of Rho1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH in a wild-type background has no effect on salivary gland invagination in embryos. Salivary gland migration is delayed at stage 12 in these embryos, however this delay in migration is corrected by stage 14.
Scer\GAL4fkh.PH/Rho1UAS.cHa partially rescues Rho11B
Scer\GAL4en-e16E/Rho1UAS.cHa partially rescues Rho11B
Rho1UAS.cHa/Scer\GAL4wg.PM partially rescues Rho11B
Scer\GAL4twi.PB/Rho1UAS.cHa partially rescues Rho11B
Scer\GAL4bap.PB/Rho1UAS.cHa partially rescues Rho11B
Scer\GAL4fkh.PH/Rho1UAS.cHa partially rescues Rho1k02107b
Expression of Rho1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH partially rescues the salivary gland defects of Rho1k02107b embryos; with the fraction of non-invaginated glands decreasing from 80% to 27% and the fraction of completely invaginated glands increasing from 2% to 58%.
Expression of Rho1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of one of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH, Scer\GAL4en-e16E or Scer\GAL4wg.PM partially rescues the salivary gland migration defects of Rho11B embryos, with the greatest rescue being seen when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4en-e16E.
Expression of Rho1Scer\UAS.cHa under the control of one of either Scer\GAL4twi.PB or Scer\GAL4bap.PB partially rescues the salivary gland migration defects of Rho11B embryos.
