Flies expressing Ube3aC941A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu display normal climbing behaviour.

Flies expressing Ube3aC941A.Scer\UAS in the eye, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF display normal adult eyes. Flies expressing Ube3aC941A.Scer\UAS in the wing, under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, display normal adult wings. Flies expressing Ube3aC941A.Scer\UAS ubiquitously, under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL, are viable.
