The expression of sqh^JF01103 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Abd-B-LDN leads to a decreased frequency and randomization of adherens junction remodeling in the male pupal A8a epithelia, as compared to controls. Clonal expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^Act.PU induces the same phenotype when the cells forming the junction are mutant.
